Wir suchen nämlich zum 01.11.2025 für 6 Monate einen Praktikanten (m/w/d) im Bereich Public Charging & Operations, der unser Team bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Ladeinfrastrukturprojekten unterstützt und dabei Geoinformationssysteme sowie andere digitale Tools einsetzt.

Je nach Projektlage und Interessensschwerpunkt kannst Du bei folgenden Tätigkeiten mitwirken:

Erstellung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Standortanalysen für öffentliche Ladestationen.
Entwicklung und Implementierung einer GIS-Anwendung zur Standortbewertung.
Entwicklung und Visualisierung von Aufstellungskonzepten in Microsoft Visio.
Gestaltung, Strukturierung und Präsentation von Projektergebnissen in PowerPoint.
Unterstützung bei der Implementierung einer Anwendung für die Verwaltung und Optimierung von Außendiensteinsätzen.
Durchführung von Planauskünften und Leistungsabfragen bei internen und externen Stellen.
Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Anfragen aus angrenzenden Teams und Fachbereichen.

Dein Profil

Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Geographie, Geoinformatik, Raumplanung oder einem verwandten Studiengang.
Du hast idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung (z.B. durch Praktika oder Projekte) im Bereich Infrastruktur, Elektromobilität oder Projektmanagement.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in einem GIS System (vorzugsweise QGIS), MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und idealerweise Visio.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist kommunikativ und bringst eine hohe Eigeninitiative mit.
Du hast Freude daran, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten und bist bereit, Dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Du bist bereit, hybrid zu arbeiten – d.h. überwiegend remote, mit gelegentlicher Präsenz in Mannheim.

Your Tasks and Responsibilitites

Would you like to gain practical experience in the exciting field of electromobility and charging infrastructure? Do you want to take on real responsibility and actively contribute instead of just observing?

Starting on 01.11.2025, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) in the field of Public Charging & Operations for 6 months to support our team in the planning and implementation of charging infrastructure projects, making use of geographic information systems and other digital tools.

Depending on the project situation and your personal interests, you may be involved in the following activities:

Preparation of feasibility studies and site analyses for public charging stations.
Development and implementation of a GIS application for site assessment.
Development and visualization of installation concepts using Microsoft Visio.
Design, structuring, and presentation of project results in PowerPoint.
Support in implementing an application for the management and optimization of field service operations.
Carrying out plan inquiries and capacity requests with internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting ad-hoc requests from related teams and departments

Your profile

You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in geography, geoinformatics, urban planning, or a related field of study.
Ideally, you already have initial practical experience (e.g. through internships or projects) in the areas of infrastructure, electromobility, or project management.
You have very good knowledge of a GIS system (preferably QGIS), MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and ideally Visio.
You work in a structured way, are communicative, and show a high level of initiative.
You enjoy preparing complex issues in a clear and understandable way and are eager to familiarize yourself with new topics.
You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
You are willing to work in a hybrid setup – i.e. mainly remote with occasional presence in Mannheim.
