Wir suchen nämlich einen Backend Operations Manager (m/w/d) für Ladeinfrastruktur in Festanstellung.

Die Position kann deutschlandweit ausgeübt werden, mit gelegentlichen Terminen vor Ort in Mannheim.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du verantwortest den stabilen Betrieb unserer Backendarchitektur einschließlich des Ladepunktmonitoring-Systems, über das alle Ladepunkte zentral überwacht, gesteuert und analysiert werden.
Du stellst zudem sicher, dass Systemverfügbarkeit, Performance und Datensicherheit jederzeit gewährleistet sind.
Du koordinierst das Onboarding neuer Ladepunkte im System, überwachst den laufenden Betrieb und kümmerst Dich um Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting bei technischen Störungen im Backend.
In enger Abstimmung mit unseren Projektteams, dem Service Team und dem Public Charging Team stellst Du eine reibungslose Kommunikation und schnelle Lösungen sicher.
Du verwaltest die Zugangsmöglichkeiten zu unserer Ladeinfrastruktur, entwickelst strategische Preis- und Tarifmodelle für unterschiedliche Kundengruppen, hinterlegst Konditionen im Backend und überwachst die reibungslose kommerzielle Abwicklung von Ladevorgängen.
Du nutzt Deine Erfahrung aus dem Systembetrieb, um technische, betriebliche und wirtschaftliche Anforderungen zu verbinden, Servicekonzepte zu entwickeln und bei der Vorbereitung von Business Cases zu unterstützen.

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Operations, Backend- oder Systemmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich E-Mobilität, Energie oder Automotive.
Starkes technisches Verständnis kombiniert mit kaufmännischer Acumen. Fähigkeit, Geschäftsauswirkungen mit betrieblichen Bedürfnissen in Einklang zu bringen.
Erfahrung mit Monitoring-Systemen und Troubleshooting.
Interesse an Datenanalyse und Prozessoptimierung.
Verständnis für digitale Geschäftsmodelle ist von Vorteil.
Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Zusätzliche Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar.

Your Tasks and Responsibilitites

Are you looking for a role in which you take responsibility for operating our backend architecture and contribute your expertise to building up our Public Charging business segment?

Then this is exactly the right opportunity for you.

We are looking to hire a Backend Operations Manager (m/f/d) for Charging Infrastructure on a permanent basis.

The position can be performed anywhere in Germany, with occasional on-site appointments in Mannheim.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the stable operation of our backend architecture, including the charging point monitoring system through which all charging points are centrally monitored, controlled and analyzed.
You ensure that system availability, performance and data security are guaranteed at all times.
You coordinate the onboarding of new charging points into the system, monitor ongoing operations and take care of error analysis and troubleshooting in the event of technical issues within the backend.
In close coordination with our project teams, the service team and the Public Charging team, you ensure smooth communication and fast, effective solutions.
You manage access to our charging infrastructure, develop strategic pricing and tariff models for different customer groups, maintain contractual conditions in the backend and monitor the smooth commercial processing of charging transactions.
You use your experience in system operations to connect technical, operational and commercial requirements, develop service concepts and support the preparation of business cases.

Your profile

Several years of experience in operations, backend or system management, ideally within the e-mobility, energy or automotive sectors.
Strong technical understanding combined with commercial acumen, with the ability to align business impact with operational requirements.
Experience with monitoring systems and troubleshooting.
Interest in data analysis and process optimization.
Understanding of digital business models is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, initiative and ability to work effectively in a team.
Very good German and English skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
Completed degree in engineering, computer science, business administration or a comparable field.
