Wir suchen nämlich einen Projektleiter e-Infrastruktur International (m/w/d) in Festanstellung. Die Position kann deutschlandweit ausgeübt werden, mit regelmäßigen Kundenbesuchen im europäischen Ausland und gelegentlichen Terminen vor Ort in Mannheim.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du betreust unsere Kunden gemeinsam mit unseren europäischen Vertriebsgesellschaften mit dem Anspruch, ihre Infrastruktur langfristig weiterzuentwickeln und echte Partnerschaften aufzubauen.
Du verstehst die betrieblichen und technischen Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und positionierst Dich als vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner.
Du begleitest Projekte bereits in der frühen Phase der Projektentwicklung – von der Bedarfsermittlung und Machbarkeitsanalyse über die Konzeptausarbeitung bis hin zur technischen und wirtschaftlichen Bewertung der Lösungskonzepte unter Berücksichtigung technologischer Trends, passendem Lademanagement-System und baulicher Rahmenbedingungen.
Du stellst die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten zur Errichtung ganzheitlicher Ladeinfrastruktursysteme sicher. Dabei bist Du auch für komplexe bauliche Projekte (z. B. Erweiterung von Betriebshöfen oder Neubau von Werkstätten) zuständig.
Du berätst und bearbeitest Ausschreibungen, indem Du relevante Fachbereiche und die lokalen Vertriebsorganisationen aktiv mit einbindest und koordinierst die Arbeitspakete des Projekts.
Du baust eine kundenspezifische Projektstruktur auf und stellst sicher, dass die Vertragserfüllung den Ausschreibungsanforderungen entspricht. Hierbei arbeitest Du eng mit internen und externen Prozesspartnern und den lokalen Infrastrukturexperten zusammen.
Du gewährleistest, dass die Schnittstellen zur Ladeinfrastruktur, zum Betriebshofmanagement, zu den Fahrzeugen, zu Baumaßnahmen und zur digitalen Vernetzung reibungslos funktionieren.
Du steuerst und unterstützt die lokalen Vertriebsgesellschaften in allen Belangen des e-Infrastrukturgeschäfts und stellst eine effektive Kommunikation zwischen lokalen eSystem Managern und zentralen Experten sicher.

Du baust ein Berichtswesen mit Kontrollmechanismen zur Budgetverwendung auf und stellst sicher, dass alle kaufmännischen Prozesse (Angebote, Bestellanforderungen, Rechnungsabwicklungen) sowohl im Lieferantenverhältnis als auch gegenüber dem Kunden gewissenhaft durchgeführt werden.

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und der Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren Partnern.
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium, alternativ eine kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung.
Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Vertriebsumfeld für Investitionsgüter (z. B. Nutzfahrzeuge, Bauprojekte oder Infrastruktur) mit.
Du hast bereits mit Bauprojekten zu tun gehabt, idealerweise mit dem Aufbau oder der Erweiterung betrieblicher Infrastruktur (z. B. Betriebshöfe, Werkstätten, Energieversorgung).
Du hast Erfahrung mit Elektromobilität, Bauaktivitäten und Prozessabläufen im Bereich Bauen und Infrastruktur.
Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferanten, Einkaufsthemen sowie in der Planung und Umsetzung von Systemlösungen.
Du bist kommunikationsstark, trittst professionell auf und hast Spaß daran, Kundenbeziehungen zu entwickeln und zu pflegen.
Du bist bereit, regelmäßig zu Kundenterminen innerhalb Europas zu reisen.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Eine weitere relevante Fremdsprache ist ein großer Vorteil.
Du zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit aus und bist flexibel, eigeninitiativ und reisebereit.

We are looking for a Project Manager e-Infrastructure International (m/f/d) in a permanent position. The role can be performed from anywhere in Germany and includes regular customer visits within the country as well as occasional on-site meetings in Mannheim.

Managing and supporting our customers together with our European sales organizations, with the goal of developing their infrastructure sustainably and building long-term partnerships.
Understanding the operational and technical requirements of our customers and positioning yourself as a trusted point of contact.
Supporting projects from an early development stage, from requirements analysis and feasibility studies through to concept development and technical and commercial evaluation of solution concepts, taking into account technological trends, suitable charging management systems and structural conditions.
Ensuring the successful implementation of customer projects for the construction of holistic charging infrastructure systems, including responsibility for complex construction projects such as depot expansions or new workshop builds.
Advising on and managing tenders by actively involving relevant specialist departments and local sales organizations and coordinating project work packages.
Establishing customer-specific project structures and ensuring contractual fulfillment in line with tender requirements, in close cooperation with internal and external process partners and local infrastructure experts.
Ensuring smooth interfaces between charging infrastructure, depot management, vehicles, construction activities and digital connectivity.
Managing and supporting local sales organizations in all matters related to the e-infrastructure business and ensuring effective communication between local eSystem Managers and central experts.
Supporting and steering local sales organizations in scaling our infrastructure business.
Establishing reporting structures with budget control mechanisms and ensuring that all commercial processes such as quotations, purchase requisitions and invoicing are handled diligently with both suppliers and customers.

Your profile

At least four years of experience in project management, including cross-functional projects and collaboration with multiple partners.
A completed degree in business administration or engineering, alternatively a commercial and/or technical vocational qualification.
Ideally experience in a sales-related environment for capital goods such as commercial vehicles, construction projects or infrastructure.
Experience with construction projects, ideally involving the development or expansion of operational infrastructure such as depots, workshops or energy supply systems.
Experience in e-mobility, construction activities and processes related to building and infrastructure.
Experience working with suppliers, procurement topics and the planning and implementation of system solutions.
Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor and enjoyment in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Willingness to travel regularly to customer appointments across Europe.
Very good German and English skills; an additional relevant foreign language is a strong advantage.
A high level of team orientation combined with flexibility, initiative and willingness to travel.
