As a Sales & Project Manager E-Infrastructure with a Focus on Germany (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the development and implementation of innovative charging infrastructure solutions for our clients.

The position can be performed from anywhere in Germany, with regular client visits throughout the country and occasional on-site meetings in Mannheim.

Your Tasks
  • You identify new business opportunities in the field of charging infrastructure and strategically develop existing customer relationships.
  • You build long-term partnerships with clients and gain a deep understanding of their technical, operational, and commercial requirements.
  • You analyze customer needs and work closely with internal departments to develop tailored solutions for charging infrastructure projects.
  • You support client projects from a very early stage, from requirements analysis and feasibility studies through concept development, proposal presentations, and project implementation.
  • You position yourself as a trusted advisor and support clients in making strategic decisions related to electromobility, infrastructure development, and depot concepts.
  • You coordinate the preparation of proposals, business cases, and technical solution concepts while acting as a key interface between clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • You ensure the successful implementation of client projects and coordinate collaboration between all relevant project stakeholders (e.g., construction managers and technical planners).
  • You also support complex infrastructure projects, such as the expansion of depots or the development of new charging infrastructure sites.
  • You identify suitable funding programs and support clients throughout the application and implementation process.

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, key account management, or the management of complex customer projects involving technically sophisticated products or services.
  • You have completed a degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, or alternatively possess a commercial and/or technical qualification.
  • You have experience in B2B sales of technical products, infrastructure projects, technical system solutions, or consultative services.
  • Ideally, you have experience managing tenders and proposal processes.
  • Initial experience in managing projects is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • You already have exposure to electromobility, charging infrastructure, energy systems, construction projects, or technical infrastructure.
  • You know how to bring together various internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are a communicative and sales-driven personality who enjoys building relationships, engaging with clients, and developing new business opportunities.
  • You communicate confidently with stakeholders at different levels and can successfully engage both technical and commercial decision-makers.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • You are willing to travel regularly for customer visits within Germany.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills.
  • You are characterized by a high level of initiative, negotiation skills, teamwork, and flexibility.

We advise and support bus companies throughout Europe in the development of infrastructure solutions for electromobility. The portfolio of services includes initial consulting for customers, conceptual design and planning for their depots, and planning and installation of charging infrastructure, including the associated electrical installation and connection work, as well as structural and civil engineering services. Charging management systems for efficient and targeted planning of charging cycles, preconditioning of buses and balancing of energy requirements are also a central part of the service portfolio.
