As a Sales & Project Manager E-Infrastructure Europe (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the development and implementation of innovative charging infrastructure solutions for our customers across Europe.
The position can be performed from anywhere in Germany, with regular customer visits across Europe and occasional on-site meetings in Mannheim.
Your Tasks
- You identify new business opportunities in the field of charging infrastructure and strategically develop existing customer relationships.
- You support our customers together with our European sales organizations and help build long-term partnerships.
- You understand the technical, operational, and commercial requirements of our customers and work closely with internal departments to develop tailored solutions for charging infrastructure projects.
- You support customer projects from a very early stage, from requirements analysis and feasibility studies through concept development, proposal presentations, and project implementation.
- You position yourself as a trusted advisor and support customers in making strategic decisions related to electromobility, infrastructure development, and depot concepts.
- You coordinate the preparation of proposals, business cases, and technical solution concepts while acting as a key interface between customers, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- You ensure the successful implementation of customer projects and coordinate collaboration between all relevant project stakeholders (e.g. construction managers and technical planners).
- You also support complex infrastructure projects, such as the expansion of depots or the development of new workshop and charging infrastructure sites.
- You support and guide local sales organizations in all aspects of the charging infrastructure business and ensure effective collaboration between local eSystem Managers, infrastructure experts, and central specialist departments.
- You support local sales organizations in scaling our infrastructure business across Europe.
- You establish reporting structures and budget control mechanisms and ensure that all commercial processes (quotations, purchase requests, invoice processing, etc.) are carried out diligently, both with suppliers and customers.
