Then we have exactly the right opportunity for you.

We are looking for a Sales & Project Manager E-Infrastructure Europe with a Focus on the Netherlands (m/f/d) for a permanent position. The role can be performed remotely from anywhere in Germany, with regular customer visits in the Netherlands and other European countries, as well as occasional on-site meetings in Mannheim.

The focus of this role is the Dutch market. At the same time, you will be part of our international team and, when required, support clients and projects in other European markets. Together with our local sales organizations, you will support bus operators in electrifying their fleets and building future-proof charging infrastructure.

Your Tasks
  • You identify new business opportunities in the Dutch charging infrastructure market and strategically develop existing client relationships.
  • You support our clients together with our sales organizations and contribute to the development of long-term partnerships.
  • You understand the technical, operational and commercial requirements of our clients, as well as the specific characteristics of the Dutch market, and work closely with internal departments to develop tailored charging infrastructure solutions.
  • You support client projects from a very early stage, from requirements analysis and feasibility studies through concept development and proposal presentations to successful project implementation.
  • You position yourself as a trusted advisor and support clients in making strategic decisions related to e-mobility, infrastructure development and depot concepts.
  • You coordinate the preparation of proposals, business case evaluations and technical solution concepts and act as the central interface between clients, internal departments and external partners.
  • You ensure the successful implementation of client projects and coordinate collaboration between all relevant project stakeholders (e.g. construction managers and technical planners).
  • You also support complex infrastructure projects, such as depot expansions and the development of new charging infrastructure locations.
  • You support and coordinate local sales organizations in all aspects of the e-infrastructure business and ensure effective collaboration between local eSystem Managers, infrastructure experts and central specialist departments.
  • You support the local sales organization in scaling our infrastructure business within the Dutch market.
  • You establish reporting structures and budget control mechanisms and ensure that all commercial processes (quotations, purchase requisitions and invoice processing) are handled diligently both with suppliers and clients.

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, key account management or the management of complex client projects involving consultative products or services.
  • You have completed a degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have a commercial and/or technical qualification.
  • You have experience selling capital goods, infrastructure projects, technical system solutions or consultative services.
  • Ideally, you have experience with tenders and proposal processes.
  • Initial experience in project coordination or project management is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • You have gained exposure to e-mobility, charging infrastructure, energy supply, construction projects or technical infrastructure.
  • You have a solid understanding of the Dutch market and understand the commercial, cultural and organizational aspects of working with local clients, partners and other relevant stakeholders.
  • You are able to bring together a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are a communicative and sales-oriented personality who enjoys building client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
  • You present yourself confidently, communicate effectively with different audiences and are able to convince both technical and commercial stakeholders of your ideas.
