Then we have just the right opportunity for you.

As Tender Manager Europe (m/f/d), you will play a central role in identifying, evaluating and managing tenders in Germany and other European markets. You will support the entire tender process, from the initial review through to the timely submission of complete bid documentation.

  • You summarize the key tender requirements in a structured manner and support the initial assessment of their strategic relevance, technical feasibility and commercial attractiveness.
  • You coordinate suitable tenders and manage the internal bid process in close collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • You create timelines, monitor deadlines and ensure that all internal and external deadlines are reliably met.
  • You request the required input from the relevant internal stakeholders and consolidate the various contributions in a structured manner.
  • You review bid documentation for completeness, consistency and compliance with formal requirements and ensure a high standard of quality.
  • You maintain and manage standard documents such as commercial register extracts, certificates, self-declarations and corporate documentation and ensure their structured filing and availability for tenders.
  • You manage and update company profiles on relevant tender platforms.
  • You continuously standardize and optimize existing tender management processes, templates and documentation.

Your profile

  • You have completed commercial or technical vocational training or hold a degree in business, engineering or a comparable field. Other educational backgrounds are also welcome if you bring the required experience and way of working.

  • You work with a high degree of care and precision and maintain an overview even when managing multiple parallel topics and tight deadlines.
  • You have strong organizational and deadline management skills as well as a high degree of reliability and personal accountability.
  • You enjoy coordinating different internal stakeholders and communicate clearly, professionally and purposefully.
  • You are able to familiarize yourself quickly and confidently with new tender platforms, processes and formal requirements.
