Your Tasks and Responsibilitites

Would you like to lead demanding charging infrastructure projects and actively shape the future of electromobility? At the same time, would you like to bring your practical electrical engineering expertise into our project management team and support your colleagues on technical matters?

Then we have exactly the right role for you: we are looking for a Technical Project Manager with a focus on Charging Infrastructure (m/f/d) on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

You are the technical point of contact for electrical engineering questions within our project management team. Based on your practical experience, you support your colleagues in evaluating projects, concepts and solution approaches.
You ensure that electrical requirements are taken into account in the planning and implementation of charging infrastructure for electric buses, and you coordinate with grid operators, planning offices, service providers and other technical partners.
You plan (e.g., electrical planning, transformer stations, cable calculations), control and are responsible for complex charging infrastructure projects for electric buses, from handover by sales through to successful project completion.
You take on the operational management of your projects and ensure that deadlines, costs, quality and technical requirements are met.
You also lead demanding infrastructure projects, for example the expansion or new construction of depots and workshops, including the associated charging infrastructure.
You manage project risks proactively and ensure structured documentation and transparent project status reporting.

Your profile

You hold a relevant qualification, e.g. as a master electrician, an electronics technician or electrical engineer, a further qualification as a certified technician, or a degree in electrical or energy engineering.
You bring several years of practical experience in electrical engineering. You have planned, installed, commissioned and tested electrical systems.
You have experience with low-, medium- and possibly high-voltage systems, switchgear and energy supply.
Ideally, you already have experience with charging infrastructure or e-mobility.
You have managed or coordinated technical projects, for example in the field of charging infrastructure, energy supply or construction projects.
You can explain electrical engineering concepts clearly and advise colleagues on technical questions with confidence.
You have experience in stakeholder management and coordinate internal and external project partners in a targeted way.
You work in a structured manner, keep track of several parallel projects and think like an entrepreneur.
You are willing to travel regularly across Germany for customer and project meetings (on average around two days per week).
You have very good German skills and good English skills.
